The authority to change the price and product feature information of the products offered for sale on www.forayachting.com belongs exclusively to www.forayachting.com. If there is an error in the price and product feature information, www.forayachting.com can make a yacht charter by correcting the error, or cancel the reservation & charter and return the order amount to the customer's account, provided that it has the exclusive right to choose.
www.forayachting.com can enable the member to switch to other websites. In this case, www.forayachting.com is not responsible for the content of the sites to which the member will switch.
www.forayachting.com may make changes in the implementation of this contract, as well as amend existing articles or add new articles, in order to comply with future technical requirements and legislation. www.forayachting.com may turn non-membership services into a subscription-requiring status over time, open additional services, change some of its services partially or completely, or turn them into paid ones.
9- The member accepts and undertakes that www.forayachting.com book records, microfilm, microfiche and computer records will constitute valid, binding, final and exclusive evidence within the meaning of HMK 193 et al. It accepts, declares and undertakes that it waives all kinds of objections to the records of www.forayachting.com and their right to offer oath that they are duly kept.
10- In case of disputes that may arise in relation to this contract, the provisions of this contract will be applied first, and in cases where there is no provision, the Turkish legislation in force will be applied.
11- In the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract, T.C. Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized.
12- After the member fills out the member registration form and receives the password, this agreement enters into force between the parties indefinitely.
13- www.forayachting.com may terminate this agreement unilaterally at any time.
Some boats/yachts published on the www.forayachting.com website do not belong to www.forayachting.com.
The owners of each boat/yacht are different individuals, individuals, institutions or companies. www.forayachting.com is an intermediary (broker) for renting individuals, individuals, institutions, companies, their boats/yachts to the customer, therefore, www.forayachting.com only issues brokerage (brokerage) invoices. In other words, it earns a certain brokerage (brokerage) profit from the fee paid by the customer and invoices this profit. Since the other remaining profit is the boat/yacht owner's profit, it does not bill the remainder. www.forayachting.com is only obliged to issue an invoice for the profit it earns, it does not issue invoices for the profits of third parties, institutions, individuals, companies, is not responsible for this, cannot be held responsible.
